CANCELLATION POLICY
All NEW CLIENTS are required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total on any appointments scheduled. This deposit goes towards the total cost of your appointment. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your card. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not communicate with us, or are not receptive to our communication, this will result in a 50% charge. Our stylists work extremely hard, and their jobs are their livelihood. We are passionate and skilled, which makes our time incredibly valuable. At WheelHouse, we work for commission on our appointments with you. Therefore, we feel it is necessary to protect the potential income of our stylists by ensuring that their time is covered in the event that your full services are not rendered. We appreciate your understanding and respect regarding this matter.

I specialize in education, signature complex haircuts, seamless lived-in color, and custom high-profile vivids. When you're in my chair, you can expect masterful consultations. I am an excellent listener, and your goal is important to me! I look forward to sharing lots of laughs, amazing results, as well as product and care knowledge.
